A brief history of my house by Rose Norman
This is my house, which I have owned since 1991. Hazeline Wood Graves, a Huntsville realtor (wife of UAH President Ben Graves) remodeled it and sold it in 1980 to a family named Moquin. They sold it to my friend Doug Murray, who rented it to me from 1988 to 1991, when I bought it. My next door neighbor (1001 Wells), Mrs. Christine Bailey, has lived in her house since the early 1950s and knew the Richardsons, whom she believes lived in my house for 50 years. When I registered my homestead, the tax person said it looked like it was built in 1928.
